Janne is a senior-level recruitment consultant with a background in a leading consulting firm, and an executive search company specializing in technical expert recruitment.
He has extensive experience in demanding specialist, managerial, and executive-level recruitment assignments. Janne manages the entire recruitment process from role definition and research to interviews and suitability assessments, areas in which he has worked for more than 10 years.
In addition to recruitment, he is familiar with several industries operating environment through career coaching and outplacement work, which gives him practical insight into the talent market and the factors influencing career decisions.
